Justin Sorensen: In Which I Clear My Throat
paintings, prints and installation works
April 5 through Saturday, April 26, 2014
CLOSED ON EASTER SUNDAY, April 20

In the various media of prints on paper, collage with gold leaf, watercolor painting and installaton pieces, Justin Sorenson touches on spiritual and religious themes.

These works range from classically composed lithographs to installations constructed with shoes and light. Posed as externalized expressions of philosophic questions, the works invite the viewer to explore these questions and reflect on the relationship of experience to religion.

Justin Sorensen was born in Warren, Pennsylvania. He holds a BFA from Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA, and recently acheived his MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI.
